Rob Palmer provides world leading Business Excellence training. During his career, Rob worked for Telstra for 40 years - starting as a technician and finishing as a National General Manager. After leaving Telstra, Rob started his own thriving consulting business and has assisted 300 Primary and Secondary Schools and 400 businesses to apply the "Enterprise Excellence" philosophy.

Today he focuses on the Education, Aged Care and Local Government sectors. A significant number of these enterprises have subsequently been recognised in the Australian Business Excellence Awards.

Heather Doughty  (ABN 82 736 771 247)

Heather provides professional services in the day-to-day operations of Dynamic Knowledge Solutions. After achieving a Science Honours Degree from Monash Universtity in the mid 80s, she spent 7 years involved in Research. Her results have been incorporated into commercial applications.

This experience has given Heather well developed Research, Creative, Analytical and Computer skills which are being utilised in building Documentation Systems with a high level of attention to detail. Heather has also run a small business providing Video Editing and Production services, mainly for the Motorsports community.

She has 2 children, one in Primary and one in Secondary school. She has been involved as a Parent Helper, and plays the piano for the School Choir.

Her main interests are Motherhood, Music and Motorsport (Rallying).

OPEN Consulting  (ABN 32 294 027 102)

Su Seng Hoh provides a wide range of support services to Dynamic Knowledge Solutions. He has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and has held senior management positions with several large enterprises including the ANZ Bank.

As School Council President at his children's Primary School from 2000 to 2006 he was instrumental in transforming the school into one of Victoria's leading Government Primary Schools with a focus on integrating world leading technology into the curriculum.
