Some of these changes will come from external factors (e.g. Legislation).
Other changes and improvements will be suggested by your people who are working "ON" the System or Processes.
In order to keep track of these changes, we have developed a "Request for Change" Process, which includes steps such as having the change "Authorised" by the document owner.
