Draft and Check
Is everything correct?
The fourth process involves producing draft documents and checking them against each other within, and across, each category to ensure that the information is correct and consistent.
These drafts are then returned to the Subject Matter Experts for final approval which may include, for example, a run through of a Process Deployment Flowchart.
This ensures that there are no missing steps or Supporting Documents.
