Where are all the pieces?
The first step in our process is to collect all of the available knowledge that may reside in many places within your organisation.
It may be in different types of media (electronic, paper); many different computer programs, and many different formats.
A large proportion may only exist in the minds of your people and has never been documented.
As we capture pieces they are entered into a Master List and their progress is tracked. The Master List also assists with identifying "gaps" where pieces are missing and will need to be either captured or created.
